Family of 5 (kids ages 16, 14, 8). Normally our wait time is minimal at this location. Tonight was BUSY!! I tried to check in online, but that option wasn't available. I went in and waited in line to get a table and was told there was a girl checking outside checking people in. A little frustrating because apparently we walked right past her and could have waited in her line instead of wasting time in the other line... Check in was quick, we were asked to sit in our car until our table was ready because of the crowd. No big deal except they didn't have to deal with the 8 year old in the car for an hour 😆 We were not provide an estimated wait time, but got a text confirming we were on the wait list; some restaurants provide an estimated wait time within this text, or a link to see your place in line, but we didn't get that tonight. We waited approximately 30-45 minutes and my husband went to check (we have 'dropped off the wait list' at other restaurants, so just wanted to check in). They explained to him that 'there are plenty of open tables, but were having trouble getting the tables cleaned' and could not provide an estimated wait time. We chose to keep waiting. It was approximately 10-15 minutes later and we received a text that our table was ready. Once we checked in at the front, it was approximately 5-10 minutes and we were seated. Our waitress (cannot remember her name) was WONDERFUL!! She was friendly, attentive, quick and my 8 year old appreciated her noticing his charm and humor 🤣 Drinks, appetizers, meal, refills, to-go boxes- everything was quick, correct, proper temps and DELICIOUS! Aside from the wait time (understandable due to how many people were there), not one complaint! 10/10 would recommend this location!

This is the best built Texas Roadhouse I’ve been to by far. The parking lot was spacious, the waiting was very accommodating and the rows of tables inside had adequate room between each isle. Most Texas Roadhouses everyone is piled on top of each other from the time you walk in the door. Michelle seated us, was so pleasant and welcomed us to the new location. We will definitely be back!
