Dream Hookah Lounge in Carrollton is truly a hidden gem! The hookah quality is outstanding — smooth, flavorful, and long-lasting. Their customer service goes above and beyond; the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcomed. The food is delicious and pairs perfectly with the hookah experience. The environment is relaxed, clean, and filled with good vibes — it’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends or enjoy a chill night out. I’ve been a loyal customer at this hookah lounge for years, but the constant management changes have made things very inconsistent. Every time new management takes over, the rules and policies seem to change. During my recent visit, I clearly communicated with the staff that I’d be stepping out and returning for a refill, and they agreed. When I came back about two hours later, I was told my tab had been closed, and management denied what was previously discussed. I’ve been friendly, polite, and tried to be assertive, but management seems more interested in asserting their own rules than maintaining consistency for customers. This pattern isn’t new. Previous management allowed pets, the next said no pets. At one point they allowed alcohol, and later they said they didn’t. Even the prices seem to change more often than gas prices. The rules are honestly absurd — they change constantly and for no valid reason. They’re also inconsistent about music: if someone wants to play their own, sometimes it’s allowed, sometimes not, and other times only at odd times when barely anyone is there. I’ve given them multiple chances before posting this, but the inconsistency just keeps getting worse. Consistency and clear communication are important for customers who’ve supported this place for years. I’d honestly give zero stars for the management if I could — I’ve been to many other lounges that treat their customers far better. Strongly reconsider before visiting this place.
