We celebrated Christmas Eve at Main Event with our staff and had an amazing experience. We spent over two hours bowling, and Izzi, our waitress, was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The pepperoni pizzas were hot, delicious, and bigger than expected—definitely a repeat order. Joseph, the manager, checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was running smoothly. Juliann also took great care of us while the kids enjoyed the game area. Incredible team and experience—5/5 rating.

We had an amazing experience at Main Event today! The team did an awesome job helping us celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Kim, our server — she was the BEST! So friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time.
