I had a great experience at Grand Slam in Tyler, Texas thanks to Chris. From the moment we walked in, Chris was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had a great time. His customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Chris carried himself in a very professional way, was easy to talk to, and clearly takes pride in his work. He even smelled great and presented himself well, which shows he cares about how he represents the business. As a disabled veteran, I truly appreciate when people treat me with respect and make me feel valued, and Chris absolutely did that. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated the entire time we were there. Chris is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have. He definitely deserves recognition and should be considered for a promotion. Because of the way he treated us, I would absolutely recommend Grand Slam to others and will definitely be coming back.
My boys love playing in the arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful and more than willing to correct/ add tokens on the card when the game didn’t accurately do so, they will make it right. Some of the games where not working.
This place was so much fun. The kids absolutely enjoyed every minute. Our servers name was Dawn and she was AMAZING!!!!!! I did feel like she and other servers needed more help. I heard her call for assistance from the manager on staff Mr. Fisher for change and help and when I left he had yet to come help her or send help. She did a fabulous job though even with having her hands full. Give that girl a raise. She absolutely deserves it!
I like this place. We had no issue the first time. Did the second time. When things went wrong witch was alot. The manager had to be called, the Guy whom has a pony tail. Who not management, is rude and def doe not have customer service in him. I spent alot of money to this place. I expected my points to be right, for my child to get stuff out the store. That i can buy cheaper in a store. But he like it, I love it. Update your games. Check your employees attitude, and Please have the guy whom wear Grease stained shirts to work a new shirt. That lead my mind to places, I do not want to know. Clean is important. How we stay healthy.
Tonight was our first time to bowl here. We bowled 3 games with a group of six & had a blast! MARCIE A was our waitress & she did a fantastic job serving us & answering our questions 🥰 Food was yummy too & very reasonable prices; we will definitely be coming back!
