Ambience and staff is very good and attentive Although I tried their backyard burger (grass fed beef burger) asked for it well done with chipotle mayo (no mayo was put on it) but that wasn’t the problem… I took a few bites and the burger meat tasted like straight up GRASS. I swear I could taste the grass the cow ate.. idk it was weird. I told the waiter and she was nice and offered to get the manager but tbh I don’t think there was much they could do. Their meat was not good 😅 I even asked my friends to taste it and they said it also tasted like a farm. Maybe avoid the burger tbh

We wanted to try this restaurant in the Dallas location, but we were closer to this location. This place is cute. Best to make a reservation for the indoor dining space. We sat outside under the warm heaters at the end of December. It was both cozy and refreshing. Seems to have a big bar scene, so we went early with our kid. Will D was an amazing server. He helped us with our low sodium accommodation. He said they already cook with minimal sodium so happy to help. What we love about the menu is everything. Fries in tallow had a nice mellow fatty taste without the grease. Bison meatballs tasted buttery and not gamey. They offer a wide menu of freshly made dishes you wouldn't think could be healthy. All of our dishes came out piping hot. We ordered bison meatballs appetizer, bison burger, kids beef burger, and grilled salmon plate with mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. We would definitely eat here again the next time we return to DFW area.

Our corporate team dinner at this location was stellar. Everything ran seamlessly with no long wait times. Our servers, Erin, Jaylynn, and Miles, were well prepared and ready to go. They handled our group with attentiveness and great attention to detail, all while being genuinely kind and professional. The menu offered a great balance of options, including accommodations for dietary restrictions within our team. The food was excellent, perfectly seasoned, and well presented. The drinks were well crafted and refreshing. We will absolutely use the Trophy Club location again for future team meetings.
