We arrived around 645pm and were told we would need to wait about 30 minutes for a table and we actually waited only 20 minutes. Our server was so lovely. She made sure to answer any questions thoroughly including if the clam chowder was made with chicken stock. She was not sure of the answer so she went to double check to find out that it isn’t made with chicken stock (but it used to be). She was very prompt with our requests but not to the extent we ever felt rushed. The food was so fresh and delicious. I loved the clam chowder and the crab cake. I had two glasses of wine. The only thing I didn’t care for was how they have disposable plates, utensils, and cups. It may be the only thing that works best for their restaurant, but it just seems wasteful and I like eating a meal of this distinction should come with real dining materials. Overall, I would recommend and I would back to this restaurant. I think so many restaurants in the Hamptons don’t deliver on what they advertise. Bostwick’s does deliver on a nice vibe and great food. It’s exactly what you want it to be.
