Not enough staff. I understand construction/renovation is underway. But it's not acceptable how little staff they have on any given day as of recently. Also, there are no signs that restrooms are working only on one side of the entire building. However scarce the staff out on the lobby area, ushers kept walking by to deliver food but no one told my neighbor to put their phone down/away. The screen was on full brightness too. Plus, he and his grown daughter kept having a conversation and eating loudly throughout entire movie. 🤡🤦‍♂️

I find it completely unacceptable to have only one employee working on the floor. She had a line at ticket sales, another at concessions, and customers waiting all the way down the bar. The poor girl was pacing back and forth trying to manage everything on her own-three different departments at once-handling refills, reseeding popcorn, and answering the phone, all without any managerial support in sight. Despite this, the employee was extremely delightful and such a sweetheart. She carried conversations well and I personally witnessed her make multiple customers laugh. She clearly has a joyful, positive attitude but is stuck in an environment with poor management and unrealistic expectations. I even saw a manager get upset with her for falling behind on online orders, which is unfair considering she was expected to be everywhere at once. Management needs to do better. I didn't catch her name, but she had curly hair and facial piercings, and she deserves recognition-not reprimand-for how well she handled an impossible situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been coming to this theater for years and I’ve never experienced what I did yesterday, December 27, 2025. We went to see David and while we sat there for an hour for the movie to start they come in and tell us that all David showings have been canceled and that we need to go out to the box office to get rain check passes. There was no apologizing for the inconvenience or anything. Not even the option to get your money back because what if I don’t wanna pay them to see another movie there after that? And then I tried to call today to see if it’s working now and they don’t even have an operational phone number. Very disappointed. Not to mention, they disappointed lots of children who were eager to see that movie.
