1st time 4•25•25 was there the sandwich was just a ham & cheese to much bread nothing special. Tried it because of the hype. The meat loaf was a tad boring and dried not moist. The waiter was alright was fair, not the greatest but not the worst either. 2nd time abt 2days later 4•27•25 on a Sunday My mother brought us and it was the worst customers service mire than the last time like 2 days b4. Bottom line we all ordered waitress never ck, never asked if anything needed we kept flagging staff and got ignored not once but like 3X's. Your booths are so uncomfortable its horrible. Yall need new nice booths if i would have known I'd ask for a table with individual chairs. So yea very bad to be on a Sunday I just paid at my kiosk left review and still nothing will be solved. To many waitress/waiters nit attending and to much phones chit chatting forgetting abt clients. Where is management when you need them because they were no where to be found either.

Love dining here whenever we visit Brownsville. They have lots of home style choices at very reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly.

The food, service and atmosphere were great. We had steak, chicken and shrimp, all done to perfection. The honey butter croissants were warm and delicious, as were the sides. We were too full to try any desserts...next time! Glad we ignored the few bad reviews - they seem unfounded by our visit.
