I had a very disturbing experience at this establishment. While I was there, I was assaulted completely unprovoked by another customer. Instead of helping me, the owner chose to downplay the situation and appeared more concerned with protecting the person who attacked me than with my safety. No effort was made to obtain the attacker’s information or to support me after what happened. This was an extremely upsetting and unsafe experience, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their well being or expects management to act responsibly in serious situations.

The Horse's Axe - Denison

First time here. Comfortable atmosphere, not too loud, and friendly. Decent little bar. Nice big bar and tables. Has four TVs and two pool tables. Great drink menu and specials. Small food menu, typical bar food. Prices seemed really decent. Overall the bar seems clean and upscale, friendly staff. Seems fairly popular.
