This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hookah lounge. The employees were extremely rude and unprofessional, with absolutely no idea how to treat customers. There was no proper handling of clients at all, and their attitude made us feel completely unwelcome. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. Instead of being polite or helpful, the staff behaved disrespectfully and showed no interest in resolving issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better lounges with staff who actually know how to treat customers with basic respect.

This is one of best hookah in town I beleive. The best part is alcohol is not allowed and also smoking is not allowed which is good for non-smokers. But they have very limited eating options but that is understood as they are hookah specific. We have tried couch potato flavour which is amazing and its kind of different from the general hookah flavours available at any other clubs or hookah parlours. You can also bring your know food and can enjoy hookah along side. The ambience is great and slow music is merrier the ambience. If you are coming in a group, you can enjoy the place at fullest. The staff is very friendly and come up with suggestions. They also have happy hours but that is only from Monday to Thursday which is kind of negative point. This time I have came with my wife but next time I’ll be coming with my gang for sure.

Ignited hookah lounge, it is different than the usual hookah lounges in terms of size, hospitality, its flavors and the location too. Everything is unique!! It's got a special way of presenting for example the meetha pan flavour as the name says it is kind of sweet and the Arabian nights which is sort of adventurous with its amazing strong and mild flavour. It tastes similar to pan mint. The ambience is great and is what a hookah lounge should be and the size is not too huge nor too small with outside seating too and the location in the right area, like heart of the prime area around Dallas.
