My wife and I are regulars at Bedford Ice House. We’re here at least once a week, so we’ve had plenty of great experiences here over time. Tonight I wanted to give a shoutout to our waitress, Hailey, because she really stood out. In my business at Sofia Lucas, I pay close attention to service and the little details that make an experience feel smooth and easy. Hailey absolutely nailed that. She was friendly, quick, and had great awareness of the table the whole time. Drinks stayed full, food came out right, and she checked in at the perfect moments without ever being overbearing. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the guest experience, and Hailey definitely does. This is actually my first time leaving a review, but I felt like the service deserved it. We love coming here and I’m already looking forward to next Sunday when we’re back again. Thanks again, Hailey. Jose Sofia Lucas

I only tried an appetizer, but it was good. The staff was attentive and nice. It was a great place to see open mic music. The house musicians are great!

We absolutely love coming to Bedford Ice House for the great atmosphere and friendly people. My wife and I have been here a few times and have had several different servers, but Anna truly stands out as one of the best we’ve had by far. She is incredibly attentive, sweet, and made us feel so welcomed the entire time. Denise, the manager, was also wonderful! She is very sweet and professional. She stopped by to check on us and made sure we were having a great experience, which we really appreciated. Because of Anna and Denise, we will definitely keep coming back. They both made our visit extra special!

My husband and I wanted have been wanting to check this place out and I’m glad we did. Our server Lina was amazing. She was very nice, funny, and gave helpful suggestions. We never had to ask or remind her for drinks or napkins or extra sauces. It was nice not having to track her down for something because she was always on it. Best service we’ve had in a very long time. The food was good and the atmosphere was great. We will be returning and requesting Lina every time.
