7/10 food was good but a bit on the sweet side for me. Seems like the restaurant was understaffed, it would have been nice to see more than one person working FOH to help all customers that were all waiting on pickup orders.

Update 8/22: Going to have to find a new location or something. Customer service was so sweet and helpful when it came to fixing this issue but when I went back to get my food that I was so excited for, just to drive home which is 20 minutes away and find a hair in my food. I have blonde hair, so this isn’t mine. It was touching my macaroni salad. I reached back out to customer service (because they asked me to let them know how my next visit went) and I haven’t gotten a response. Not really sure if I’m going to be craving Hawaiian Bros for a bit. Really disappointing… I love this location, I order here pretty frequently and usually have had no issues besides sometimes not being acknowledged by staff, but that doesn’t bug me enough to stop me from ordering from them. I ordered today using my birthday coupon for that large plate 😭 and usually the chicken is really good but it seemed to not be as fresh today? It tastes like it’s been left out for a bit which is really disappointing. Other than that, the portions are always good, and this location is one of the best to go to.

I had the pleasure of dining at Hawaiian bros and while the food and atmosphere were fantastic, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Keith. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. Keith was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and answering all my questions with patience. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. His genuine care for customers is evident, and he has a way of making you feel valued and appreciated. Thanks to Keith, my visit was not just a meal but a memorable experience. I highly recommend Hawaiian bros and hope others have the privilege of being served by such a dedicated and personable team member. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
