Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!! I came in for a medium steak, I received an over cooked steak, waiter asked if I wanted another one. I told him I was not going to wait for another steak when my party was already eating and about done. I said I would just take it to go. Manager passed the table twice prior to this, not once did she ever come speak like she did the two tables next to us and across from us. Waited almost 45 minutes and still nothing. Manager finally comes over and ask if I was sure that I didn't want another steak. I informed her, that was what I was already waiting for. I had a to go plate waiting. I had already paid my bill. She comes back and says oh, waiter thought you didn't want anything else. So I just paid for a steak I didn't eat or get. Hmm, she goes back and says ok, I'll get you another one. She said 5-7 minutes. 15 minutes later and still waiting. Fast forward 45 minutes and still waiting. She tries to butter it up with a free entree up to 15 dollars. Finally she comes back and says I can come back after you cut into it. Mind you it was already in a to go plate. Nope at this point I'm ready to go. She continues talking and when I tell her I won't be back here. The manager Leah walks off and doesn't even finish her sentence. Absolutely horrible experience and no i won't be back to this location again. Negative stars for this place and the waiter which I didn't get his name since he didn't come around much anyway just horrible. Yes they were busy but, it was Friday afternoon and why I was trying to be courteous but enough was enough. Waiter didn't check in much. When I finally flagged him down about the steak, it was way later. Also, they did bring someone else plate, I touched the fries because I asked if those were sweet potatoes, that was what I ordered. Nope, it wasn't even outer food so whomever that plate was for, I already touched a fry and I bet they served it like that.
